Embark on a journey through the meticulously orchestrated process flow of our resin sand production line: Post-pouring, experience the seamless transition as sand boxes and castings ascend to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Manually sort large jackets and risers, while sand, sand masses, and small cold iron fragments journey through a magnetic separation belt conveyor post-shakeout. After magnetic separation, materials are conveyed to the multi-functional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for precision crushing and stripping. Screened sand is elevated by the #1 bucket elevator to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator, achieving robust regeneration and comprehensive stripping. Fine powder, dust, and resin film-laden regenerated sand flow into the flow curtain air separator, seamlessly integrated with the cyclone dust collector and pulse back-blowing dust collector for ultimate purification. Secondary regeneration optimizes sand quality, which is then elevated to the sand warehouse by the #2 bucket elevator for future use.
