Our belt conveyor series is expertly tailored for the challenging conditions characterized by high dust and diverse materials in foundry workshops. It harmonizes the strengths of both heavy-duty and lightweight conveyors to deliver groundbreaking performance enhancements.
High-Strength Load-Bearing Structure:
Crafted with an EP high modulus skeleton material boasting a breaking strength of ≥15kN/m, and a heat-resistant rubber cover (withstanding -20ºC to 120ºC), it adeptly manages the shift between high-temperature red sand (up to 150ºC) and low-temperature limestone (down to -20ºC), thereby averting issues like belt hardening and cracking.
Thanks to the trough roller group's innovative 35° inclination design, the conveying capacity is amplified by 30%. A single machine can handle up to 200t/h, adequately meeting the nonstop sand requirements of large-scale casting workshops.
Intelligent Speed Regulation and Climbing Capability:
Fitted with a state-of-the-art variable frequency drive system, the belt's speed can be finely tuned between 0.8 to 4.5m/s, ensuring perfect alignment with the molding line's pace, such as the HWS line's need for a steady sand supply at 2.5m/s.
With a maximum incline of 22°, it seamlessly integrates with the smelting furnace's high-level feed port, minimizing the need for auxiliary transfer equipment.
Modular Sealing Design:
Our fully enclosed guide trough boasts an IP65 protection level, complete with dual side ribs (150-300mm high), and achieves a dust emission rate of less than 5mg/m³, surpassing the GB 16297-1996 standard.
Featuring a quick-detachable cleaning scraper and a V-shaped sweeper, the system achieves over 98% recovery of residual belt materials, significantly reducing manual maintenance requirements.
