Introducing the GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer, a cutting-edge sand mixing innovation by Qingdao Sanzhuji Technology Co., Ltd., meticulously engineered with three national patents. This revolutionary mixer is specifically designed for the optimal blending of green sand. Harnessing the power of a high-speed bottom scraper, it propels materials to create a dynamic circular flow within the basin. The high-speed rotor blade infuses the sand with a powerful impact and shearing force, ensuring swift contact and vigorous friction among the grains. This results in expeditious sand mixing and perfectly loosened sand without the need for an additional loosening machine. It is the ideal choice for mechanized molding machines. When paired with a screw feeder, grid dosing device, and automatic water filling system, it forms an all-in-one automatic sand mixing unit that continuously supplies sand to molding machines. The GS Rotor Sand Mixer boasts a simple yet compact structure, making maintenance and operation a breeze. It stands out with its economic efficiency, durability, high load capacity, and impressive productivity. The machine ensures the sand's performance meets stringent standards of compactness, wet compression strength, and air permeability.
Composition of the GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer:
1. The robust main motor connects to the reducer via the European standard belt pulley. This setup, in conjunction with a chain coupling attached to a column, propels the spindle, causing the crosshead to rotate counterclockwise. This motion enables the scraper device to efficiently guide the sand type into a seamless ring flow.
2. Two rotor mechanisms are strategically mounted symmetrically on the circular cross beam. Each rotor is driven by the main motor using v-belts and gears, achieving a second-stage deceleration for counterclockwise rotation. This, combined with the scraper plate, delivers exceptional impact, shear, and friction to the sand.
3. The transmission gears within the reducer are crafted from large modulus alloy steel with hardened surfaces, ensuring an extended service life. A magnetic oil plug within the reducer captures iron residue. The sand mixer's base is lined with faience cast stone for a smooth, wear-resistant surface, while scraper inserts are reinforced with wear-resistant carbide. The interior liner ring features stainless steel or high molecular polyethylene for superior anti-sand protection.
4. The innovative unloading mechanism utilizes an automatic air unloader, completing an average sand mixing cycle in just 3 minutes. Once the green sand is mixed, the unloading port autonomously releases the material with no need for manual intervention, maximizing time and efficiency.
5. The GS High Efficiency Sand Mixer includes an automatic water injection system. An integrated water pump adjusts the water supply according to the sand mixing volume. After initial setup and calibration, it autonomously injects water based on the specific wet sand mixing volume for each batch, ensuring precise water distribution.
6. At the top cover of the GS High Efficiency Rotor Sand Mixer, a sophisticated grid dosing device or electronic scale ensures precise material addition. Simultaneously, an exhaust hole facilitates efficient dust removal and heat dissipation.
7. The reducer is securely mounted on the base. For maintenance, simply disconnect the chain coupling and slide the main motor from the coupling's engagement area. This allows for horizontal extraction and repair without dismantling the column or other components, streamlining the overhaul process.
