Furan resin sand (Self-hardening Sand) sand recovery system meticulously engineered to adapt to your specific recycling volume needs, ensuring an efficient and tailored solution for your sand reclamation process.

Resin sand is a unique core sand type, elegantly bound with resin. Our regeneration process expertly removes the binder film from sand surfaces, optimizing particle size for an economical replacement of new sand. Recycled sand serves quadruple purposes: conserving new sand, cutting disposal transport costs, and delivering uniformly smooth and thermally stable particles. This enhances casting quality, especially with resin sand reuse, reducing resin usage and costs. Moreover, it lessens environmental impact from waste sand. Our production line also accommodates sodium silicate sand casting, following a similar processing approach.


With an impressive annual output capacity of 3000 to 10000 tons of castings, our resin sand production line features a state-of-the-art regeneration processing system. It employs advanced PLC control for comprehensive equipment management, ensuring stability and reliability through automated production showcased on an intuitive simulation screen.


Experience the cutting-edge process flow of our resin sand production line. After pouring, sand boxes and castings are hoisted to our inertia vibration shakeout machine for meticulous handling. Manual sorting of large jackets and risers precedes the separation process, where sand and cold iron fragments fall onto a magnetic separation conveyor. Post magnetic separation, the materials are transported to a multifunctional vibrating crushing machine that crushes and strips them. Screened sand is elevated to a centrifugal rotor for robust regeneration. The air separator, linked with cutting-edge dust collectors, eliminates fine powders and dust. Regenerated sand is then elevated to the sand warehouse, ready for seamless mixing with curing agents and resin in our advanced sand mixer. The fully mixed sand, now in optimal condition, flows automatically into sand boxes for precise modeling and core creation, transported efficiently for further processing, ensuring high-quality casting results.
