High-Strength Load-Bearing Structure:
Utilizing EP high modulus skeleton material with a breaking strength of ≥15kN/m and a heat-resistant rubber cover (temperature tolerance from -20ºC to 120ºC), this conveyor is perfectly suited for alternating high-temperature red sand (up to 150ºC) and low-temperature limestone (-20ºC) transport, effectively preventing belt hardening and cracking.
The innovative design of the 35° inclined trough roller group boosts conveying capacity by an impressive 30%, with a single machine's maximum capacity reaching 200t/h, ideal for the continuous sand supply demands of large-scale casting workshops.
