The meticulous process flow of our resin sand production line begins post-pouring, where sand boxes and castings are lifted to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Manual sorting separates large jackets and risers, as sand, sand masses, and small cold iron fragments pass through the falling sand grid to the magnetic separation belt conveyor. Following magnetic separation, materials are conveyed to the multifunctional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine for thorough crushing and stripping. Once screened, the sand is elevated by the 1# bucket elevator to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for intensified regeneration and stripping processes. Subsequently, the regenerated sand, mixed with fine powder, dust, and resin film, flows into the flow curtain air separator. This separator, linked with a cyclone dust collector and pulse-type backblowing dust collector, efficiently removes fines and dust. The regenerator and sand in the warehouse are elevated by the 2# bucket elevator, ready for use. The mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer's upper feed port connects to the sand storage's bottom outlet via a pneumatic shutter, allowing sand to flow into the mixer. Within the mixer, sand moves forward via the screw blade, initiating the sand mixing process. The curing agent and premixed resin enter sequentially, ensuring comprehensive mixing before being discharged into the prepared sand box for modeling and core making. The process culminates with transportation to the self-hardening area or treatment with alcohol paste to ensure optimal combustion, followed by the application of release material to dry and seal the box for pouring and cooling.
