1. Harnessing the power of pneumatic multi-contact compaction, this machine eliminates oil leakage hassles. With optimal ratio pressure and no stringent demands on model sand, it boasts a high contact count (24-72), perfectly suited for intricate modeling needs.
2. During compaction, the machine's frame remains stress-free thanks to the ingenious design where the table is secured by four tie rods from the multi-contact body. This allows the multi-contact's downward extension to execute compaction. By viewing the contact, hook, sand box, model plate, and table as a unified system, the internal force or internal compaction is remarkably effective.
3. The pressing shock compaction offers dual benefits: sand compaction and synchronized table shock, leaving the rack untouched by vibration. The result? An outstanding shock compaction effect, with sand achieving high and uniform hardness (B hardness meter average 85~90). 1. The machine body features a durable hollow frame workpiece that supports the swivel arm press head. During compaction, the swivel arm hooks onto the machine body, transferring the press force effectively. Secured with bolts, the connection between the machine body and the shock mechanism is robust. A screw elevator adjusts the press head's distance to accommodate varying sand box heights, ensuring optimal compaction.
2. Crafted from ductile iron, the working table is cast and shaped to precisely fit the sand box dimensions, ensuring stability and performance.
3. The Hydraulic piston contact box integrates a multi-contact body, pneumatic multi-contact, and innovative four pull hooks. Pneumatic multi-contacts function by channeling compaction inlet air into the multi-contact body, creating an internal air cavity. Air pressure then directs through a specialized piston channel, enhancing the pressure applied to the sand type through calculated force dynamics.
4. The mould starting structure is a marvel of engineering, featuring two mould starting cylinders, a connecting rod, balance shaft, mould starting table, and mould starting rod. This system works in harmony to lift the sand box and initiate mould starting seamlessly.
5. The pneumatic piping system efficiently manages input compressed air, utilizing an air filter to eliminate water and impurities, followed by an oil mist lubricant injection.
