Utilizing a sophisticated water ring vacuum pump, we achieve a stable negative pressure within the sand box, with the vacuum degree reaching an impressive -0.093MPa. This ensures that the dry sand is compactly formed, delivering casting size accuracy at the CT7-9 level. Sanzhuji's modular system design includes intelligent dust removal and exhaust gas management devices, guaranteeing a zero-pollution workshop environment that adheres to the strictest environmental protection standards.

As liquid metal is poured over the foam through a funnel, the foam model gasifies under high temperatures. Once solidified, the product is effortlessly extracted from the mold. This foam removal technique allows for the casting of complex items in a single pour, adapting to the unique requirements of each new foam model.
