At the heart of the lost foam process is the vacuum negative pressure system. Equipped with a water ring vacuum pump, it maintains a steady negative pressure within the sand box (reaching a vacuum degree of -0.093MPa), ensuring the compact formation of dry sand and achieving casting size precision at CT7-9 level. Sanzhuji's system features a modular design, complete with intelligent dust removal and exhaust gas treatment devices, attaining a pollution-free workshop environment that complies with stringent environmental standards.


The advancement of rain sand adding technology significantly boosts production efficiency. Sanzhuji has refined the sand feeder structure, enabling precise sand quantity control with a sand adding speed enhanced by 30%. This is achieved through an elliptical sand leakage hole and a folding plastic pad sealing design that prevents dust spillage and minimizes manual cleaning. The integration of a three-dimensional vibration table with dry sand filling guarantees a homogeneous and compact inner cavity for intricate castings, achieving a finished product rate of 95% or more.


Utilizing lost foam technology, foam models serve as the blueprint for product casting. Embedded within a formed box of loosely vibrated sand, liquid metal is poured over the foam via a funnel. The high temperatures cause the foam to vaporize, and once the metal solidifies, the product is effortlessly extracted from the mold. Foam removal technology allows for the casting of highly complex structures in a single pour, as foam models can be composed of various sections, though each requires a unique foam model.
