This series of belt conveyors is meticulously crafted to tackle the arduous conditions found within dusty, multi-material foundry workshops. It harmonizes the strengths of both heavy-duty and lightweight conveyors to achieve significant advancements in core performance capabilities.
High-strength load-bearing structure:
By utilizing EP high modulus skeleton materials (with a breaking strength of ≥15kN/m) and heat-resistant rubber coatings (with a temperature range of -20ºC to 120ºC), this conveyor is adept at managing the alternating transport of high-temperature red sand (up to 150ºC) and low-temperature limestone (-20ºC) typical in foundry settings, preventing belt hardening or cracking.
With a thoughtfully engineered trough roller group, featuring an inclination angle of 35°, the conveyor's capacity is enhanced by 30%, delivering a maximum throughput of 200t/h. This capacity meets the incessant sand supply demands of extensive casting workshops with ease.
Intelligent speed regulation and climbing ability:
Outfitted with a variable frequency drive system, the conveyor's speed can be precisely controlled from 0.8 to 4.5m/s, aligning perfectly with the production rhythm of the molding line (like the HWS line's consistent sand supply need of 2.5m/s).
The system's maximum inclination of 22° effortlessly links to the elevated entry points of smelting furnaces, minimizing the necessity for additional transfer investments.
Modular sealing design:
Featuring a completely enclosed guide trough, rated at IP65 protection, complete with double-side ribs (ranging from 150-300mm in height), this design ensures dust emissions remain below 5mg/m³, surpassing the GB 16297-1996 standards.
The innovative quick-detachable cleaning scraper along with a V-shaped sweeper ensures that over 98% of residual materials on the belt are automatically collected, thereby significantly decreasing the need for manual maintenance.
