The bag filter from Qingdao Sanzhuji Technology Co., Ltd. is a state-of-the-art dust filtering device designed for optimal performance in capturing fine, dry, and non-fibrous dust particles. Crafted with precision using high-quality materials such as polyester needle-punched felt and high temperature resistant components, this sophisticated system utilizes the fiber fabric's filtering effect to purify dust-laden gases. As dust-laden air enters the filter, larger particles naturally settle into the ash hopper due to gravity, while the finer dust is expertly trapped by the filter media, ensuring the emission of clean, purified air.

Working Principle:
Upon entry through the air inlet at the dust hopper's apex, the dusty air is channeled upwards by the wind baffle, slowing the flow rate, which facilitates the separation of larger dust particles due to inertia. These particles then descend into the dust hopper, while the remaining dust-laden air advances into the middle chamber. Here, the air undergoes meticulous filtration through the filter bag, effectively trapping dust on the outer surfaces, while the newly purified air journeys through the filter bag opening into the upper chamber, exiting through the air outlet.
The purified air stream ascends into the upper box, exiting via the outlet. As dust accumulates on the filter bag, the pressure differential across the collector rises, prompting the control system to initiate the dust removal cycle once a set threshold is reached. The solenoid valve activates, releasing compressed air from the small diaphragm's upper chamber. This change in forces opens the exhaust passage, allowing the large diaphragm's compressed air to exit, thus triggering a sequence that results in the efficient discharge of compressed air into the bag, achieving effective ash cleaning. The cycle concludes as the control signal ceases, resetting the diaphragms in sequence and pausing the cleaning action.
