High-Strength Load-Bearing Structure:
Built with an EP high-modulus skeleton material (boasting a breaking strength of ≥15kN/m) and a heat-resistant rubber covering layer (tolerating temperatures from -20ºC to 120ºC), this conveyor is perfect for alternating between high-temperature red sand (up to 150ºC) and low-temperature limestone (down to -20ºC) in foundry settings, effectively preventing belt hardening and cracking.
Our innovative trough roller group, designed with a 35° inclination angle, amplifies conveying capacity by 30%, enabling a single machine to handle up to 200 tons per hour. Intelligent Speed Regulation and Climbing Ability:
