Green sand production line process: The journey of clay sand begins as a vital modeling (core) sand, using clay as its binder. Streamlining the mechanization of sand recovery is quintessential in enhancing foundry efficiency. The quality of recycled casting sand after pouring is a key factor that ensures superior casting production quality and cost-effectiveness. The involved recycling and treatment processes for used sand are complex, demanding substantial processing and transportation efforts under harsh conditions. This underscores the necessity of mechanizing the sand recycling and treatment processes to boost foundry productivity. Once pouring and cooling are complete, the sand mold disintegration occurs via a vibrating shakeout machine (drum shakeout machine), facilitating the separation of casting sand. Hot castings are efficiently conveyed to the shot blasting area using a scale conveyor. The shakeout machine's sand outlet features a belt conveyor that channels the old sand into the regeneration area. Here, a suspended magnetic separator and a crosswise belt conveyor effectively remove iron beans from the old sand. Dust clearance in the old sand is achieved through the dust removal port, directing screened old sand into the small sand silo. The boiling cooling bed aids in cooling the old sand, and the 2# bucket elevator elevates it vertically to the sand silo for storage. An unloader expertly allocates the old sand to the 2# and 3# sand bins, with a vibrating disc feeder positioned at the sand bin base. The old sand is then directed into a belt conveyor, transported to the rotor sand mixer's storage hopper. Coal powder and bentonite are meticulously measured by the auxiliary electronic scale and introduced into the rotor sand mixer, ensuring thorough mixing at uniformly proportioned ratios. Post-processing by the sand loosening machine, the ready sand is conveyed to the molding machine, poised for a brand-new cycle of molding applications.
