Resin sand, renowned for its binding capabilities, is regenerated by adeptly removing the binder film from the sand's surface, creating a cost-effective alternative to new sand. Our revolutionary process promises uniform sand particles with a lustrous, smooth surface and optimal heat retention. This innovation not only enhances casting quality but also reduces resin costs by decreasing the required amount, thereby cutting expenses and minimizing environmental impact caused by waste sand disposal. Moreover, our production line is adept at processing sodium silicate sand casting, leveraging similar methodologies for seamless operations.


Our premier resin sand production line boasts a formidable annual output ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 tons of castings. Utilizing advanced PLC control for comprehensive electrical equipment management, the system guarantees unsurpassed stability and reliability through automatic and protected operation, showcased on an intuitive simulation screen.


Embark on an intricate journey through the resin sand production line process flow: Post-pouring, sand boxes and castings are expertly maneuvered to the inertia vibration shakeout machine, where large fragments are meticulously sorted. Sand masses and small cold iron pieces descend through a magnetic separation belt conveyor, leading to a cutting-edge multifunctional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine. Here, the sand undergoes rigorous screening and rejuvenation, ascending via 1# bucket elevator to the centrifugal rotor's secondary regenerator for potent regeneration. The regenerated sand, now mixed with fine particles, is deftly separated through a sophisticated air curtain separator, ensuring pristine quality. Following further elevation by the 2# bucket elevator, the sand seamlessly integrates with the mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer. The mixer expertly commingles sand, curing agent, and resin for optimal consistency, flowing into prepared sand boxes for unparalleled modeling and core creation. Culminating in the self-hardening area, or with alcohol paste combustion treatment, the process concludes with meticulous release material application for flawless pouring and cooling.
