3. At the heart of our operations is the Moulding Machine Table.
The Mould for molding is meticulously secured on the middle box for production. Its components, including the butterfly-shaped movable plate, bottom plate, and top plate, are designed with precision.
Crafted from QT500 ductile iron, the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate embody exceptional durability, while the lower pressure plate boasts high chromium alloy iron construction. To guarantee robust rigidity, the equipment is reinforced with a multitude of cast-in reinforcement bars. The columns are constructed from 45Cr, tempered with medium frequency, and finished with hard chrome plating. Our hydraulic cylinders are heavy-duty, featuring NOK brand internal seals, and are connected with steel wire braided high-pressure hoses, offering resilience against high pressure and temperature. The lower box cylinder incorporates four support cylinders, markedly enhancing the stability of demoulding, complemented by an oil cylinder sand pushing cylinder that further stabilizes sand pushing.

4. Revolutionary Pneumatic System:
Our pneumatic system is powered by exemplary components from Taiwan's Airtac brand, featuring an air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating elements, and a state-of-the-art pneumatic control solenoid valve.
5. Advanced Hydraulic Pumping Station:
Our hydraulically adept pump station is equipped with five pairs of precision solenoid valves, each dedicated to controlling the main, lower box, upper box, upper platen, and push type oil cylinders. With solenoid valves and oil pumps from Japan Oil Research, the hydraulic system offers a pressure ceiling of 19MPa, operating optimally at pressures of 13MPa or lower. System pressure is finely tuned using Oil Research's proportional valve, integrated with a Mitsubishi PLC module and touch screen for seamless digital control. Adjustments are effortlessly made via the touch screen, with an air-cooled radiator ensuring hydraulic oil remains within the ideal temperature range, automatically activating a cooling fan when temperatures exceed 30 degrees. A tank heater maintains oil temperatures above 6 degrees, ceasing heating when temperatures rise over 10 degrees, to safeguard against excessive viscosity and potential oil pump damage.
6. Cutting-edge Control System:
Our sophisticated control system oversees the pressure, speed, and temperature operations comprehensively. The automation is primarily driven by a Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC, controlling hydraulic solenoid valves and coordinating with the ADATA pneumatic components to precisely execute equipment actions. It ensures seamless continuity and interlocking of operations, with the hydraulic oil temperature system regulated by an Omron thermostat. Commanded by Mitsubishi PLC through output modules and SND relays, the control system maintains peak efficiency and reliability.
