Resin sand, a core sand type bonded with resin, offers a transformative solution in casting. Our regeneration process meticulously removes the binder film from the sand surface, optimally adjusting the sand's particle size. This innovative method allows the use of recycled sand as a cost-effective alternative to new sand, significantly reducing consumption and disposal logistics. The evenly recycled sand boasts a smooth finish and excellent thermal properties, enhancing casting quality. The process also enables resin reduction, cutting costs and minimizing environmental impact. Our production line is adaptable for sodium silicate sand casting, with complementary processing techniques, offering versatility in casting solutions.
Our advanced resin sand production line boasts a regeneration processing system capable of producing between 3,000 to 10,000 tons of castings annually. Utilizing cutting-edge PLC control, the system ensures meticulous oversight and protection of electrical components, guaranteeing stable and reliable operations. The simulation screen provides a visual assurance of seamless automated production, elevating your manufacturing capabilities.
The resin sand production line initiates with an organized process flow. Post-pouring, sand boxes and castings are elevated to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Manual sorting of large jackets and risers precedes the magnetic separation of falling sand, sand mass, and small cold iron pieces via the magnetic separation belt conveyor. Next, the multifunctional vibrating crushing and regenerating machine efficiently handles crushing and stripping. The refined sand proceeds to 1# bucket elevator, ascends to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for intense regeneration and stripping. The flow curtain air separator, linked with both cyclone and pulse type back-blowing dust collectors, systematically removes fine powders and dust. Subsequently, the regenerated sand is elevated by the 2# bucket elevator to the sand warehouse. The mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer, via pneumatic shutter, seamlessly integrates the sand from the storehouse. The sand progresses through the mixer, the curing agent merges from a proximal valve, followed by resin addition, culminating in the sand mixing end. This meticulous blend is then discharged for sand box modeling and core making. Final treatments include transporting to a self-hardening area or brushing with alcohol paste, ensuring impeccable casting results before closing the box for pouring and cooling.
