Discover the transformative power of resin sand, a core sand type bonded with resin. Our advanced regeneration process meticulously removes the binder film from the sand surface, adjusting the particle size for a cost-effective alternative to new sand. Recycling old sand serves four crucial purposes: reducing fresh sand consumption, minimizing transportation costs, and producing uniformly smooth sand with excellent heat resistance. This not only enhances casting quality but also decreases resin usage, thereby cutting costs. Eco-friendly, the process significantly reduces pollution from waste sand. Versatile, our production line can also handle sodium silicate sand casting, with similar processing techniques.


Our state-of-the-art resin sand production line boasts a regeneration processing system capable of producing between 3,000 to 10,000 tons of castings annually. With cutting-edge PLC control, the electrical equipment operates under a fully restricted and protected environment. The stability and reliability of the work are showcased through an advanced simulation screen, achieving seamless automatic production.


Embark on a journey through our sophisticated resin sand production line process flow: post-pouring, sand boxes, and castings are hoisted to an advanced inertia vibration shakeout machine. Manual sorting of large jackets and risers ensures quality, while sand and smaller components undergo precise magnetic separation and are conveyed to a multifunctional vibrating crusher for regeneration. The screened sand journeys to the first bucket elevator, undergoing intensive regeneration and stripping in a centrifugal rotor. The flow curtain air separator, cyclone dust collector, and pulse back blowing dust collector work in concert to remove impurities. A secondary elevator collects purified sand, ready for mixing. Our mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer seamlessly blends sand, curing agents, and resin for optimal molding and core-making. Post-mixing, the sand enters the self-hardening phase, with options for alcohol paste combustion treatment, followed by release material application, drying, and finally, box closure for pouring and cooling.
