Resin sand, a remarkable core sand bonded with resin, serves as an economical substitute for new sand. This sophisticated process rejuvenates old sand by efficiently removing the binder film, adjusting its surface for optimal particle size. Recycled sand brings the dual benefits of cost efficiency and quality improvement, especially in resin sand recycling, where reduced resin usage leads to lower resin costs and minimized environmental impact. The production line also caters to sodium silicate sand casting, with parallel sand processing methodology.


Our cutting-edge resin sand production line boasts a formidable regeneration processing system, delivering an impressive annual casting output between 3000 to 10000 tons. Harnessing the power of advanced PLC control, we ensure our electrical equipment functions seamlessly and securely, showcased through a simulation screen for unwavering stability and reliability, achieving automated production excellence.


Step into the intricate world of our resin sand production line process flow: Post-pouring, sand boxes and castings are elevated to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Here, manual sorting distinguishes larger jackets and risers, while the sand, mass, and smaller cold iron elements descend onto the magnetic separation belt conveyor. Post-separation, they journey to the multifunctional vibrating crushing and regeneration machine for comprehensive crushing, stripping, and fine screening. The processed sand ascends via the 1# bucket elevator to the centrifugal rotor secondary regenerator for rigorous regeneration. It then flows to the flow curtain air separator, in synergy with the cyclone dust collector and pulse-type back-blowing dust collector, effectively eliminating fine powder and dust. The rejuvenated sand advances to the sand warehouse, poised for usage. A seamless connection between the mobile double-arm continuous resin sand mixer and the sand storage ensures efficient mixing. The curing agent and resin integrate intricately, preparing the sand for flawless core making and modeling. Following treatment, the sand undergoes meticulous procedures for burning, release material application, and meticulous drying before final pouring and cooling.
