1. Horizontal sand injection utilizes side directional air flow suspension, ensuring even filling with no sand blockage, delivering high-quality sand filling. This reduces defective sand eyes and enhances casting size accuracy, suitable for simple shapes with thin sand layers. Compaction balance control prevents mold plate distortion and deformation, improving casting precision and reducing collapse risks, while accommodating thinner mold plates.
2. Our state-of-the-art upper and lower sand injection machine elegantly addresses the challenge of inconsistent sand hardness due to a uniform sand cloth. It effectively resolves sand shadow issues in castings with complex shapes or substantial casting heights. This dynamic up and down sand injection molding machine offers versatility, catering to a diverse range of castings—be it small, medium, or large. Even type plates with deep hanging sand shapes are effortlessly molded. Furthermore, it significantly reduces the collapse of boxes while enhancing the dimensional precision of castings.
Our innovative sand injection system employs the sophisticated method of airflow suspension for bottom injection. This ensures that the sand fills the type plate perpendicularly, maintaining a flowing state that guarantees uniformity. With this approach, sand clogging is a thing of the past, allowing for the stable production of intricate and deep-shaped products. This system elevates the quality of sand filling, reduces imperfections like bad sand eye, and enhances the dimensional accuracy of castings. It adeptly handles various sand characteristics and employs compaction balance control to avert distortion or deformation of the type plate mold, thus allowing for the use of thinner plate molds.
3. Moulding machine table.
Mould for molding is securely affixed to the middle box for efficient production. Its design features a butterfly-shaped movable plate, complemented by a robust bottom plate and top.
Constructed with premium QT500 ductile iron, the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate ensure durability, while the lower pressure plate boasts a high chromium alloy iron composition. To fortify the equipment's high rigidity, numerous reinforcement bars are integrated behind the five plates, and the columns are crafted from 45Cr, medium frequency tempered with hard chrome plating. The hydraulic cylinders boast heavy-duty construction with NOK brand internal seals, and the hydraulic hoses are steel wire braided for high pressure and temperature resistance. With the addition of 4 support cylinders, the lower box cylinder's stability during demoulding is significantly enhanced, and the oil-driven sand pushing cylinder further bolsters sand pushing stability.

4. Pneumatic system
Our machine's pneumatic components are meticulously sourced from the esteemed Taiwan Airtac brand, encompassing air source processing triplets, pneumatic actuating element cylinders, and solenoid valves for comprehensive pneumatic control.
5. Hydraulic pumping station.
This advanced pump station features five pairs of solenoid valves, each precisely controlling the actions of the main oil cylinder, lower box oil cylinder, upper box oil cylinder, upper platen oil cylinder, and push-type oil cylinder. Utilizing Japanese technology, the solenoid valves and oil pump from Japan Oil Research ensure unparalleled performance. The hydraulic system operates at a pressure of 19 MPa, with a commonly used pressure threshold of 13 MPa or less. System pressure is managed by the oil research proportional valve, complemented by a Mitsubishi PLC module and touch screen for digital control. Easily adjustable via the touch screen, the upper limit reaches 19 MPa. An air-cooled radiator safeguards the system, with an automatic cooling fan activating when hydraulic oil surpasses 30 degrees, maintaining optimal working temperature and protecting seals. A heater in the hydraulic oil tank automatically engages when the temperature drops below 6 degrees, halting at 10 degrees to prevent excessive viscosity that could damage the oil pump.
6. Control system.
Our sophisticated control system orchestrates the regulation of pressure, speed, and temperature operations. Predominantly powered by a Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC, it drives hydraulic solenoid valves and the Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components system, ensuring seamless equipment action and synchronized interlocking of operations. The hydraulic oil temperature system leverages an Omron thermostat for precise temperature control. Under the expert management of Mitsubishi PLC, output modules and SND relays govern the hydraulic system with finesse.
