It is perfect for simple shapes and thinner sand layers, controlling compaction balance to prevent mold distortion and improve casting accuracy, reducing collapse while accommodating thinner mold plates.
2. The revolutionary Upper and Lower Sand Injection Machine addresses the challenges of inconsistent sand hardness due to uniform sand distribution. It expertly tackles issues like sand shadowing, especially in castings with intricate designs or increased heights. This up-and-down sand injection molding marvel is versatile, catering to a vast range of casting sizes - from petite to monumental. It excels in molding even with deeply embedded sand shapes, and significantly minimizes collapse boxes while enhancing the dimensional precision of your castings.
Our innovative sand injection technique utilizes an air flow suspension bottom injection method, ensuring sand fills uniformly and perpendicularly to the type plate, maintaining a seamless flow. This process eradicates sand clogging, allowing the production of complex, deep-shaped products with unwavering stability. It elevates sand filling quality, drastically reduces defective sand eyes, and boosts the dimensional accuracy of castings. It adapts to diverse sand characteristics, employing compaction balance control to avert mold plate distortion or deformation. This precision improves casting accuracy, reduces collapse boxes, and supports the use of thinner mold plates.
3. Moulding machine table.
The molding process features a fixed mold on the central production box, complemented by a butterfly-shaped movable plate, bottom plate, and top.
Our components such as the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate are meticulously crafted from QT500 ductile iron. The lower pressure plate boasts a robust high chromium alloy iron construction. To ensure exceptional equipment rigidity, numerous reinforcement bars are integrated behind the five plates. The columns are fashioned from 45Cr, expertly tempered with medium frequency, and finished with hard chrome plating. Our heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders feature internal seals from the prestigious NOK brand, while the hydraulic hoses encompass steel wire braiding to resist high pressure and temperature. The lower box cylinder is fortified with four support cylinders, enhancing demoulding stability. Furthermore, the oil-operated sand pushing cylinder significantly bolsters sand pushing stability.
4. Pneumatic system.
This machine's pneumatic components are sourced from the renowned Taiwan Airtac brand, comprising an air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinder, and pneumatic control element solenoid valve.
5. Hydraulic pumping station.
The hydraulic pumping station is a powerhouse, featuring five pairs of solenoid valves that meticulously control the operations of the main oil cylinder, lower box oil cylinder, upper box oil cylinder, upper platen oil cylinder, and push-type oil cylinder. Utilizing Japanese Oil Research solenoid valves and oil pumps, the system operates at a robust 19MPa, with common usage pressures of 13MPa or lower. With a digital control interface powered by Mitsubishi PLC modules and touch screens, operators can seamlessly adjust pressures up to 19MPa. The air-cooled radiator activates when hydraulic oil exceeds 30 degrees, maintaining optimal temperatures and protecting hydraulic seals. Additionally, the hydraulic oil tank includes a heater that activates below 6 degrees, preventing excess viscosity and ensuring smooth oil flow and pump integrity.
6. Control system.
Our cutting-edge control system oversees the intricate orchestration of pressure, speed, and temperature operations. Employing a Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC for automation, it expertly drives hydraulic solenoid valves and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components, facilitating synchronized hydraulic actions. The Omron thermostat ensures precise temperature control within the hydraulic oil system. The Mitsubishi PLC, coupled with output modules and SND relays, provides a sophisticated control framework, achieving seamless operation and interaction between components, ensuring the highest standards of performance.
