3. Precision Moulding Machine Table.
The Moulding Setup features a fixed mold on the middle box. Designed with a butterfly-shaped movable plate, bottom plate, and top for seamless production.
Crafted with precision, the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate are made from robust QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate boasts high chromium alloy iron. To ensure superior rigidity, reinforced bars are strategically cast behind the five plates. Columns utilize 45Cr, medium frequency tempered, and hard chrome plated for durability. Equipped with high-performance NOK hydraulic seals, the system's heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders and steel wire braided high-pressure hoses withstand extreme temperatures and pressures. Enhanced demoulding stability is achieved with 4 support cylinders, and the oil-based sand pushing cylinder further elevates sand pushing reliability.

4. Superior Pneumatic System
Our machine's pneumatic components are sourced from the esteemed Taiwan Airtac brand, incorporating air source processing triplets, pneumatic actuating element cylinders, and precision pneumatic control element solenoid valves.
5. Advanced Hydraulic Pumping Station.
This state-of-the-art pump station boasts 5 pairs of sophisticated solenoid valves, each meticulously controlling the main oil cylinder, lower and upper box oil cylinders, upper platen, and push-type oil cylinders. Utilizing top-tier Japan Oil Research solenoid valves and oil pumps, the hydraulic system operates at a maximum pressure of 19MPa, with a typical pressure of 13MPa or below. Proportional valve control and a Mitsubishi PLC module with touch screen integration allow for precise, digital adjustments, maintaining the hydraulic oil within optimal temperature ranges. An air-cooled radiator automatically activates when oil exceeds 30 degrees, safeguarding the hydraulic seals and preventing temperature rises. Additionally, an integrated heater maintains operational efficiency by activating below 6 degrees, preventing excessive oil viscosity and pump damage.
6. Comprehensive Control System.
Our Control System meticulously manages pressure, speed, and temperature operations. The automation relies on a Mitsubishi touch screen and PLC to precisely drive hydraulic solenoid valves and Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components, ensuring seamless and synchronized equipment actions. Temperature regulation is finely controlled by an Omron thermostat, with hydraulic operations governed by Mitsubishi PLC output modules and SND relays, delivering exceptional system performance.
