2. The innovative Upper and Lower Sand Injection Machine expertly addresses the challenge of inconsistent sand hardness with its uniform sand cloth application. It resolves the issue of sand shadow, making it ideal for intricate castings or those with significant height. This versatile machine accommodates a wide range of casting sizes—small, medium, and large—and can handle type plates with deeply embedded sand molds. Additionally, it effectively reduces collapse box scenarios and enhances the dimensional precision of castings.
Our sand injection technology employs a cutting-edge air flow suspension and bottom injection method, ensuring perpendicular sand filling to the type plate. This results in uniform sand distribution, eliminating clogs and enabling the consistent production of deep and complex shapes. By enhancing sand filling quality, it minimizes sand eyes and elevates casting dimensional accuracy, adapting to diverse sand characteristics. With balanced compaction control, it prevents mold distortion and deformation, improving casting precision and reducing collapse box occurrence, while allowing for thinner mold usage.
3. Moulding Machine Table.

Each component of our molding machine—be it the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, or upper pressure plate—is crafted from QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate boasts high chromium alloy iron. To ensure robust equipment rigidity, a multitude of reinforcement bars are integrated behind these five plates. The columns, forged from 45Cr, undergo medium-frequency tempering and are coated with hard chrome. Our hydraulic cylinders are of the heavy-duty variety, featuring NOK brand internal seals. The high-pressure hydraulic hoses, braided with steel wire, withstand both high pressure and temperature. Equipped with 4 support cylinders, the lower box cylinder significantly boosts demoulding stability. The sand pushing cylinder, an oil cylinder, further enhances sand pushing reliability.

4. Pneumatic System
The pneumatic system of this state-of-the-art machine integrates high-quality components from Taiwan's Airtac brand. This includes a full suite of air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating element cylinders, and pneumatic control element solenoid valves, all ensuring optimal performance.
5. Hydraulic Pumping Station.
This advanced pumping station is equipped with five pairs of solenoid valves, each precisely controlling the actions of the main oil cylinder, lower box oil cylinder, upper box oil cylinder, upper platen oil cylinder, and push-type oil cylinder. Utilizing Japan Oil Research's solenoid valves and oil pump, the hydraulic system operates at a pressure of 19MPa, with routine pressures maintained at 13MPa or below. System pressure control is managed via an Oil Research proportional valve, seamlessly integrated with a Mitsubishi PLC module and touch screen, enabling digital control. Adjustments can be made through the touch screen by inputting the desired number to set an upper limit of 19MPa. An air-cooled radiator activates when hydraulic oil exceeds 30 degrees, automatically starting a cooling fan to maintain optimal working temperatures, thereby safeguarding hydraulic cylinder seals and preventing oil temperature spikes. A heater within the hydraulic oil tank automatically engages when temperatures dip below 6 degrees, ceasing at 10 degrees, to avert excessive oil viscosity due to low temperatures, thus protecting the oil pump.
6. Control System.
Our sophisticated control system oversees pressure, speed, and temperature operations, utilizing Mitsubishi's premium touch screen and PLC to drive hydraulic solenoid valves and integrate seamlessly with Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components. This ensures precise hydraulic component actions and maintains continuous and interlocking operational relationships. The hydraulic oil temperature system leverages an Omron thermostat for meticulous temperature management. Under the governance of Mitsubishi PLC, the hydraulic system functions through output modules and SND relays, ensuring flawless operation.
