The molding machine integrates the mold fixed on the middle box, designed for seamless production. Its design features a butterfly-shaped movable plate, complemented by a sturdy bottom plate and top.
Constructed with precision, the butterfly plate, bottom plate, top plate, sand box, and upper pressure plate are crafted from QT500 ductile iron, while the lower pressure plate utilizes high chromium alloy iron for superior durability. Reinforced with numerous support bars, these components ensure exceptional rigidity. Employing 45Cr columns, medium frequency tempered and hard chrome plated, our equipment guarantees longevity. The heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders, equipped with internal NOK brand seals, and high-pressure, high-temperature resistant steel wire braided hoses, enhance stability. The lower box cylinder features 4 support cylinders for improved demoulding performance, while the oil-driven sand pushing cylinder further stabilizes sand pushing operations.

This state-of-the-art hydraulic pump station features 5 pairs of solenoid valves, precisely managing the functions of the main oil cylinder, lower box oil cylinder, upper box oil cylinder, upper platen oil cylinder, and push type oil cylinder. Utilized are solenoid valves and oil pumps from Japan’s esteemed Oil Research brand, ensuring a hydraulic system pressure of 19MPa, with a standard operating pressure of 13MPa or less. The system's pressure control employs proportional valves from Oil Research, seamlessly integrated with Mitsubishi PLC modules and touch screens for digital precision. Adjustable via the touch screen, it allows for a maximum pressure limit of 19MPa. An air-cooled radiator activates when hydraulic oil temperatures exceed 30 degrees, safeguarding against temperature-induced seal damage. Additionally, a tank-installed heater automatically activates below 6 degrees, ceasing at 10 degrees, to maintain optimal oil viscosity and flow.

The automated system primarily employs Mitsubishi touch screens and PLCs, driving hydraulic solenoid valves and integrating Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components for unparalleled equipment action synchronization.

It features an advanced automatic system utilizing Mitsubishi touch screens and PLC control, ensuring seamless operation of hydraulic solenoid valves alongside Taiwan ADATA pneumatic components. This integration facilitates continuous, interlocking actions, maintaining optimal hydraulic oil temperature through an Omron thermostat.
