3. Moulding Machine Table: An integral component offering robust support for molding operations.
The Mould for molding is securely mounted on the middle box, ensuring stability during production. Its butterfly-shaped movable plate, along with the bottom and top plates, is engineered for precision.
Constructed from durable QT500 ductile iron, the butterfly, bottom, top, and sand box plates, along with the upper pressure plate, ensure high equipment rigidity. The lower pressure plate, made from high chromium alloy iron, is reinforced with numerous bars cast behind the five plates for added strength. The columns comprise 45Cr, medium frequency tempered and hard chrome plated for maximum durability. Heavy-duty hydraulic cylinders with NOK brand seals and steel wire braided high-pressure hoses resist both high pressure and temperature. Four support cylinders enhance demolding stability, while the oil-driven sand pushing cylinder ensures precision.

4. Pneumatic System: Efficient and reliable, utilizing high-quality Taiwan Airtac brand components for seamless operation.
Our pneumatic system integrates premium Taiwan Airtac brand components, featuring an air source processing triplet, pneumatic actuating cylinders, and pneumatic control solenoid valves, ensuring reliable performance and longevity.

Equipped with 5 pairs of meticulously engineered solenoid valves, our pumping station controls the main, lower, upper box oil cylinders, upper platen, and push type oil cylinders with precision. Utilizing Japan Oil Research solenoid valves and pumps, the hydraulic system operates at a maximum of 19MPa, with 13MPa as the usual operating pressure. The pressure is finely adjusted via a proportional valve and controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC module with a touch screen for seamless digital management. An air-cooled radiator safeguards against excessive heat, while an integrated heater prevents low-temperature viscosity issues, optimizing oil flow and pump longevity.
