Introducing our Furan Resin Sand (Self-hardening Sand) Recovery System, expertly customized to meet your specific old sand recovery needs.

Resin sand, a core sand bound by resin, is ingeniously regenerated to remove binder films from its surface. This process refines sand particles, offering a cost-efficient and smooth substitute for new sand while significantly reducing the need for fresh sand and disposing of old sand. The recycled grains boast uniformity and smoothness, enhancing casting quality and reducing resin costs by decreasing the resin requirement. This eco-friendly solution minimizes environmental impact from waste sand and accommodates sodium silicate sand casting through a similar processing approach.


Our state-of-the-art Resin Sand Production Line boasts a regeneration processing system with an impressive annual output ranging from 3,000 to 10,000 tons of castings. Equipped with advanced PLC control, it ensures full protection and operational stability, enabling seamless automatic production.


The Resin Sand Production Line Process Flow: After casting, sandboxes and castings are conveyed to the inertia vibration shakeout machine. Manual sorting removes large jackets and risers, while sand and smaller components pass through a magnetic separation conveyor and are processed by a multifunctional vibrating crusher and regenerator. Screening follows, after which sand elevates via a bucket elevator to a centrifugal rotor for rigorous regeneration. The resulting sand, now free of fine powder and resin film, advances to an air separator linked with high-efficiency dust collectors. Subsequently, the sand gets elevated to the storage by another elevator, ready for use. The double-arm continuous resin sand mixer then integrates sand, curing agents, and resins, delivering a perfectly mixed product for molding and core creation. Final treatments include heat-hardening or alcohol paste and release material application before closing the box for cooling.
